Terms of service

Korrin provides managed outbound pipeline services — sourcing, outreach, and meeting booking — as described in each client's order form. The specifics of scope, qualification criteria, and pricing are governed by that signed agreement.

Pilot engagements are billed as a flat fee. Core engagements are billed per qualified meeting held, with a monthly minimum, as set out in the order form. No-shows are not billable and are replaced at no cost.

Core is a 90-day rolling agreement. Either party may decline to renew at the end of a cycle. We will wind down active sequences responsibly on cancellation.

We operate within applicable anti-spam and data-protection law and reserve the right to decline outreach that would breach it or damage sender reputation.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. Full terms are provided in each client agreement before signature.
